[font=Verdana]Currently, a position of voluntary HR trainee officer is available inthe head-office. Successful candidate would be responsible for recruiting,managing and maintaining volunteers, working closely with CEO to developshort-term, median-term and long-term HR strategy.

[font=Verdana]The minimum time commitment is 6 month. 2 or3 days a week in the head-office is required. HR qualification or graduate isdesired but not essential. [/font]

[font=Verdana]In return, you will benefit from various training opportunities asopposed to professional development plan such as on job training, job shadowingboth internally with our CEO, and externally with mentor. On completion, youwill receive a joint certificate on completion the joint training programmewith MBL and our partnership company i.e. Accenture. Socially, you will meet upsome other volunteers from different countries. A friendly learning andsupportive environment is guaranteed. Your professional development isenvisaged to develop alongside the development of our charity which is smallbut with big goals. [/font]

Our charity is to help Chinese orphans who adopted by western families to trace and access Chinese culture and heritage. We also strike to help those children in destitute condition in rural China.   ‘Culture for children’ is our mission. Our service is also reaching out to any Chinese children overseas in Chinese communities.

Currently, a position of voluntary HR trainee officer is available in the head-office. Successful candidate would be responsible for recruiting, managing and maintaining volunteers, working closely with CEO to develop short-term, median-term and long-term HR strategy.
