It was founded by world renowned writer Xinran, who wrote Good women of [/size][size=12pt]China[/size][/font][font=Times New Roman][size=12pt].
0ur charity is to help Chinese orphans who adopted by western families to trace and access Chinese culture and heritage. We also strike to help those children in destitute condition in rural [/size][size=12pt]China[/size][/font][font=Times New Roman][size=12pt]. ‘Culture for children’ is our mission. Our service is also reaching out to any Chinese children overseas in Chinese communities.
[/size][size=12pt]The earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale destroyed an extensive area in [/size][size=12pt]Sichuan[/size]
[size=12pt]Province[/size][size=12pt]. The death toll has exceeded 60,000 and more than 5 million people have been left homeless. Hundreds of thousands survivors, who lost their loved ones and homes, are in deep sorrow. They need not only emergency supplies such as food, tents and clothing, but also spiritual support to adapt to the sudden change. [/size][/font]

[font=Times New Roman][size=12pt]The Mother’s [/size][size=12pt]Bridge[/size][size=12pt] of [/size][size=12pt]Love[/size][size=12pt] is thus urgently recruiting volunteers internationally to provide psychological counseling to the survivors of earthquake-hit areas, many of them being school children who suffer from varied degrees of Post Trauma Stress Disorders and have shown symptom of depression, anxiety, etc. [/size][/font]
